Dan is one of Southern Utah's premier Asset Protection attorneys. Having over ten years experience in bankruptcy and estate planning, including clerking for both the federal court and state court judges, as well as working in banking, gives him a unique set of skills that will work for you. He has more than a decade of experience helping individuals and businesses eliminate their debt, and protect their hard earned assets.
Dan is an alumnus of Brigham Young University. He received his Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration at the J. Ruben Clark Law School of Brigham Young University. Dan has been a small business owner for more than fifteen years. In addition he worked as a financial analyst with International Bank of Asia, and served as the financial officer for a Salt Lake City marketing and product development company. His legal career included work for Larry M. Boyle, federal magistrate for the District of Idaho and Stephen L. Huffaker, district court judge for the Seventh Judicial District of Nevada.
He is a former associate professor for Westminster College of Salt Lake City, adjunct professor for Salt Lake Community College and Dixie State College of Utah. He has instructed such courses as Corporate Finance, Personal Finance, Business Writing, Business Ethics and Business Law. Additional affiliations include the Utah and Idaho State Bar Associations, the Southern Utah State Bar Association, and the Southern Utah Estate Planning Council.
