HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?

Dan provides a free half hour consultation, wherein he will review your situation with you, helping you to understand what options may be available to you (e.g. Debt Negotiation or Bankruptcy Chapters 7, 11, or 13).

Before your consultation however, please fill out the confidential form under for Forms section. This will help our office prepare for your consultation and individual case.

Following your consultation Dan will assist you in preparing and filing your bankruptcy case. He will walk you through each step, insuring that you are informed and comfortable regarding the decisions you are making. Dan will accompany and coach you on any court appearances you may need to make. Many questions regarding the stages of this process are answered in our FAQ section.
